The Mantel non parametric test calculator is a Windows application developed to help you quickly calculate the Mantel statistic. This is the second release of the program and it now incorporates the suggestions for improvement and the specific needs requested by the users.
Registration
I have performed a grand experiment with a sample size well above 160 and found that money and time are precious. Therefore, it is difficult to organize both money and time to pay for software when it is already installed and running. Rather than place constraints on the application and limit analysis to matrices of 4 x 4, I have decided that your continued use and recommendation to colleagues is the best payment I can ask for. And of course, a healthy citation index for this application.

With the ever changing face of the internet and the extended time sice I left university, it is difficult to find this application a permanent web address, so citations should avoid the download location as it will remain fluid in the future.

A wise man once told me, "Never believe the output of a computer program without checking it first". While I am confident that this program calculates the Mantel statistic correctly (example from Sokal and Rohlf), you should understand this statistic and check your results.
